This application is an internal tool operated by Ornate Home for its own business. It is not offered to, sold to, or used by third parties.
Who may use it
Only employees and contractors authorized by Ornate Home may use the application, and only with Ornate Home's own QuickBooks company.
What it does
The application lets authorized staff ask an AI assistant to retrieve and summarize accounting data and, when explicitly requested, to create or update records in QuickBooks. Staff remain responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it.
No warranty
The application is provided as is. AI-generated summaries can contain errors and are not a substitute for professional accounting review.
Ending use
Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks.
