This policy covers the internal QuickBooks assistant operated by Ornate Home.
Data we access
With authorization, the application accesses Ornate Home's own QuickBooks company data, such as customers, vendors, invoices, payments and reports. It does not access any other company's data.
How we use it
Data is used only to answer requests from authorized staff. Requests and the data needed to answer them are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) under its commercial terms, which do not permit using the data to train models.
Storage and security
OAuth tokens are stored on our own server with restricted access and encrypted transport (HTTPS). We do not sell or share QuickBooks data with any other party.
Retention and deletion
Disconnecting the app in QuickBooks revokes access. Stored tokens are deleted on request or when no longer needed.
